This house is situated at the end of a canal that leads out to the Jourdan River, providing a quiet, peaceful setting yet easy access to the River and Bay. It has access to a boat launch with a dock right in front of the house, making it very convenient to launch your boat and keep it tied up safely throughout your stay. Enjoy the very spacious front and side porches with beautiful views. A short drive to grocery stores, restaurants and old town Bay St. Louis

The space

This is a raised house with a great outdoor space underneath - very quiet and relaxing, perfect for hanging out and enjoying the serenity of the water. It is located on a canal and overlooks the marsh - no houses across which makes it very peaceful. The open floor plan makes it a great space for the whole family to gather.

Other things to note

This is a 2 bedroom and 2 bath house with an additional loft area(bedroom 3), which also has a futon. The master has an attached full bathroom. The second bathroom is located in the hallway on the first level. The boat lift in front if the house is not available for use. It has been rented out to the neighbors next door and they may or may not have their boat in the lift.
